The total heat exchanger is a replacement of the indoor and outdoor fresh air and the old air through its own motor. In the replacement process, because it carries the filtration and heat recovery functions, it will filter the air during the replacement process and filter out the air. Harmful substances such as dust, haze, bacteria and other macromolecules, and when the exhaust gas in the room can talk about indoor heat recovery, to achieve energy-saving effect.
All heat exchangers can be divided into two main categories by core:
1.paper core heat exchanger
When the indoor air conditioning exhaust and the outdoor fresh air respectively cross the heat exchange core, because the gap between the fibers is very small, only the water vapor molecules with smaller particle diameters can pass through, and other harmful gases with larger particle sizes or Odor gas molecules can not pass, so as to achieve the exchange of temperature and humidity.
During summer operation, the fresh air obtains cold energy from the air conditioning exhaust to reduce the temperature while the water vapor in the fresh air penetrates into the fresh air under the action of partial pressure. In winter operation, the fresh air obtains heat energy from the air conditioning exhaust and raises the temperature. The water vapor in the exhaust penetrates into the fresh air.
2.Evaporative aluminum core heat exchanger
The unit adopts a stationary fork-flow heat exchange core. The core is made of hydrophilic aluminum foil and is composed of several layers of heat exchange units. The fluid flow channels of two adjacent unit elements are arranged in a positive cross pattern. The principle is the introduction of the fan. Two indoor and outdoor air, the indoor exhaust before the heat exchange core body, the use of atomized water evaporation heat absorption of the indoor exhaust first enthalpy enthalpy, so that the indoor exhaust to close to the wet bulb temperature of the air state, At this time, the indoor exhaust air temperature is lower than the dew point temperature of the outdoor exhaust, and then flows through the heat exchange core in a manner that crosses the outdoor fresh air. The heat is transferred from the high temperature side to the low temperature side through the heat transfer baffle to perform heat. The exchange of heat exchanged outdoor fresh air is then sent to the required room by the air duct.
