After the repair is completed, it is necessary to manually add supplementary fluids for trial operation to ensure that there are no leaks in the plates and pipes, and the equipment can be normally operated before it can be delivered for use. It takes a lot of manpower and financial resources to repair the process is very troublesome.
Third, the cost is high. The square of the plate heat exchanger are calculated, the process is divided into two diagonally into two operating modes, of which export apparatus flange connections. Its diameter is inconsistent with the diameter of the solar circulation pipeline and the diameter of the heat preservation tank pipeline.
