Construction principle of heat exchanger unit

The heat exchange unit is a direct bridge between the heating network and the user. It receives heat from the primary heating network and automatically and continuously converts it into domestic water and heating water required by the user. It is suitable for air conditioning (heating and cooling), heating, domestic water ( Bath) or other heat exchange circuits (such as floor heating, process water cooling, etc.).

The heat exchange unit consists of plate heat exchanger, circulating water pump, make-up water pump, filter, valve, unit base, heat meter, distribution box, electronic instrument and automatic control system. The steam or high-temperature water of the heat source enters the plate heat exchanger from the primary side water supply port of the unit, and the low-temperature return water of the secondary side is decontaminated by the filter, and also enters the plate filter through the circulation pump, and the water of two different temperatures is subjected to heat exchange. The secondary side delivers heat to the hot user.
