A tubular exchanger is currently the most widely used heat exchanger

The spiral plate type is a new type of heat exchanger with good heat transfer efficiency, high running stability and multiple working together. High heat transfer efficiency, high operational reliability and low resistance. However, the spiral plate heat exchanger requires high welding quality and is difficult to overhaul. Heavy weight, poor rigidity, special care should be taken when transporting and installing spiral plate heat exchangers.

The tubular heat exchanger is currently the most widely used heat exchanger in chemical and alcohol production. It is mainly composed of a casing, a tube sheet, a heat exchange tube, a head, a baffle plate and the like. The required materials can be made of ordinary carbon steel, copper or stainless steel.

In the heat exchange, a fluid enters from the joint pipe of the head, flows in the pipe, and flows out from the outlet pipe at the other end of the head, which is called the pipe process; another fluid enters from the pipe of the casing, from The other joint on the casing flows out, which is called a shell-and-tube heat exchanger.

The heat exchanger fixes the heat exchange tubes in a row on the steel frame, the hot fluid flows in the tubes, and the cooling water is uniformly dripped from the above spraying device, so it is also called a spray cooler. Spray heat exchange Outside the tube is a layer of liquid film with a high degree of turbulence. The heat transfer coefficient outside the tube is much more immersed. In addition, most of these heat exchangers are placed in the air circulation, and the evaporation of cooling water is also taken away. A part of the heat can reduce the temperature of the cooling water and increase the heat transfer driving force. Therefore, compared with the immersed type, the heat transfer effect of the spray heat exchanger is greatly improved.
